Thank you so much for the invoice. The house is looking great! Your people have been excellent. I know we've had some issues with the ceiling, but now it looks great. I am very appreciative and thankful you put my house back together. I couldn't have picked a better company and contractor to do the job. Thanks again.

Thank you for making me feel comfortable enough to choose Village Builders of Nevada. It's not easy living out of state and having large construction projects starting and completing without being involved or even around to monitor its progress.

I have to admit, it's a real test of nerves, hopes and prayers that the work is going to get done properly without short cuts and sloppy work from sloppy tradesman.

Paul Cox eliminated all my apprehensions for this project and represented Village Builders of Nevada with a no nonsense approach that I have not seen in the Tahoe area. His staff of tradesman were extremely neat, orderly and most importantly, treated my property as if it were their own. Furthermore, I would like to thank Paul and his crew for meeting my deadline so that I could accomodate my guests when visiting for a long weekend. All in all you extended my
expectations with a quality install that I am proud to show off, but most importantly quality work that added value and beauty to my home.

Paul, thank you and if you need a reference or want to bring people by and use my decks as testimonials, you are always welcome. I look forward to working with you on my other projects as I continue to upgrade my home.

Dear Paul,

It has been six years since you and your company completed the "remodel" of our home here on Kingsbury Grade at Lake Tahoe and as you probably recall, it turned in to a "rebuild" as we ultimately took the home down to the foundation and started again. Although that was not our original intent the resulting structure exceeded our highest expectations. Every month or so we comment on how lucky we were to find you as this has become our dream home instead of just a vacation home.

The building team led by Victor made invaluable recommendations as we went along, recommendations which we are extremely happy we followed. Victor in particular was a stickler for getting the job done correctly and we were particularly impressed with the attention he payed to training and overseeing the crew he had working with him. Every one of the carpenters went away from this job having learned more about their profession because of the time he took to make sure they were performing at their peak. Lars and Robert were equally professional with the electric and plumbing aspects of the home. And a special thanks to Larry for his guidance and patience as we made decisions on the interior. One frequently hears horror stories about remodeling jobs gone wrong, but in our case it was just the opposite - we could not have been happier with all aspects of the work and the finished product.

As we prepare for another winter here at the lake Sharon and I wanted to say "thanks" again for the quality home we now enjoy because of you and all of the personnel associated with Village Builders.
